 I didn't even have to make up that title. That's the name of this unassuming Vietnamese sandwich and pho shop in the heart of the West Village. We had an incredible meal sampling the Catfish banh mi (the signature sandwich), Flank Steak Pho, and chicken and crispy tofu spring rolls. My banh mi represented everything wonderful about vietnamese cuisine - a medley of textures, salty, sweet, tangy, spicy and crusty french bread! The pho had beautiful clean flavors and the spring rolls were interesting and filling. Inevitably I loved it!
