Welcome to the taste good feel good Blog! 10/08/2009
I'm so excited to start blogging here! If you've formerly been following me on the Vegetarian Option I hope you'll come on by this site as well. The last couple of months have been crazy! California was an amazing trip full of fantastic food adventures. I spent a day volunteering at Three Stone Hearth, a worker owned kitchen cooperative that provides traditional foods to the East Bay community. Interning at the Ravens at the Stanford Inn in Mendocino was also an incredible experience. I made some new friends, and had the opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful Inns in the country. The Ravens is one of Northern California's premier vegetarian restaurants, incorporating elements of raw and ayurvedic cuisine. And wouldn't you know it! I happened to be in the area at the right time and had the opportunity to attend the Raw Food Expo at the Living Light Culinary School. And of course, last but not least, I've had my baby! My food baby that is. I'm excited to announce that taste good. feel good personal cheffing has launched successfully, and I'm still taking new clients! I adore coming into people's homes and sharing my passion for healthy, organic food that is absolutely delicious. I love to hear your comments, so give me a shout and let me know what you think! 1 Comment | Kristine Sabenicio is Chef and Owner of fork & spoon culinary services which provides cooking classes, culinary consultations and market tours in the New York City area.
