What’s changed you ask?
While we remain ever grateful to our incredible clients, Chef Kristine will no longer be offering personal cheffing or catering services. Instead we are focusing our efforts on teaching YOU how to be incredible chefs, by providing fun and personable cooking classes, fun market tours, and fun consultations. (are you catching our drift?)
But, why?!
Chef Kristine is busier than ever, and we want to focus on changing the world one cook at a time. We strongly believe that by teaching you how to transform the beautiful ingredients we are lucky enough to have access to in NYC, we can truly change the world! Everyone should know the how, what, where, when and why of their food. And when you know those things – we’re sure that you’ll have a greater appreciation for REAL FOOD!
What’s else is new?
With a stronger focus on YOU we are offering a wider array of classes, professional clinics on cooking and healthy ingredients, events with our local food community, as well as consultations for people who want to change their cooking for kids, losing weight, eating seasonally, becoming a vegetarian, vegan and so much more.
Anything else?
Our blog! We’ve been so busy that we have only been reading everyone else’s and haven’t been writing in our taste good, feel good blog. Mea culpa! We promise to keep you updated on not just what we’re doing, but give you great recipes, food updates and anything fun we want to share. Have you met our cats yet?
